Standard Delivery Procedure

We guarantee next-day delivery from Monday to Friday (orders received on Friday will be delivered the following Monday)
Kindly make changes to your order on the same day and before 5 pm.
The dispatch rider will leave our premises by 12 pm. Please expect delivery between 1-5 pm.
Please endeavor to give us your best contact number for the delivery (if you may not be available, please provide the number for someone who will.)
If we cannot reach you after several attempts the delivery will be rescheduled for the following day and you will be charged twice for the delivery.

Expedited Delivery Procedure

We can offer a same-day, expedited delivery service for deliveries at GHS 60 within Accra and GHS 80 to Tema
We kindly ask you to note the following:

We plan for the next day and beyond, so we may not necessarily have your order ready. We will do our best to cater to your order.
We cannot fulfill same-day deliveries received after 3 pm.
